Through the Barrett Fellows Program, I worked with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the AIDE Lab at ASU under Dr. Megan Jehn to develop trainings for wildfire and high pollution events with a grant from the EPA. I have been continuing in this lab after my Barrett Fellowship (May-December 2024) to teach the health effects of pollution, the reality of particulate matter and other pollutants, and offer solutions and have facilities develop plans to respond to such events.
