As an experienced and results-driven Human Resources professional, I have spent over two decades delivering value in various multinational industries involved in Technology, ITeS, Real Estate and Hollywood Film Post Production (VFX & Stereo-3D) studios. Successfully managed the entire gamut of challenging HR operations with an agile approach, transforming corporate cultures and creating high-performing teams that deliver exceptional service to customers.Throughout my career, I have successfully developed in-house talent, managed strategic staffing, spearheaded multiple M&A activities between domestic and international entities, streamlined processes, implemented multiple SOPs to support business and its offshore requirements, designed workflows to support seamless operations, implemented customized HRMS\'s, and utilised HR analytics to facilitate informed decisions. My focus has always been on increasing overall divisional productivity while controlling cost to sustain organizational growth.As a General Manager of HR, I am currently servicing verticals such as VFX, CGI, eCommerce, Back Office & , Proprietary Technology Innovation & successfully spearheaded TPN+ Gold certification for the facility. Furthermore, I have spearheaded the DEI initiatives to create an inclusive and supportive culture in the company.Additionally, I have conducted effective M&A, R&R, EE, ESAT, multiple HRMS implementations, Focus Groups, town halls for large head counts, various TBA\'s, SKIPS, change management, OD, KPI Settings, Union resolution, managed labour law & compliances for diffrent territories, Banding activity, managed compliance for domestic & international manpower, have been hands on with payroll for large head counts exceeding 4500 on a pan India level and facilitated international audits for MNC organizations.
