Lead a production team of 5 supervisors and 120 technicians on a 24/7 schedule, resulting in three internal supervisor promotions achieved through mentoring and coaching of personal development. • Increased plant efficiency from 39% to 47% in six months while increasing to 20 bottle mold changeovers per week. • Successfully transitioned the production team to an alternative work schedule resulting in a 5% reduction in overtime resulting in a dollar increase in our 9L per Labor dollar,$0.80 March 2020 to $1.81 in June 2020. • Reduced OSHA recordables by 45% in FY21 resulting in TRIR of FY21 of 1.95 vs FY20 YE of 4.61. This was accomplished while maintaining productivity KPIs and increasing our QRP participation from 31% April 2020 to 81% April 2021 as well as front line leader safety touches from 59% to 88%. • Developed an on boarding schedule for new hires to better transition them into manufacturing world. This included weekly 1-1 check-ins with leads and feedback for both trainees and trainers. • Produced a training program for bottling technicians to foster growth through tier progression system, involving Line Leads in development process. • Successfully implemented over 150 New Brand Development SKUs by our production team each year with 90% done on schedule and 98% completed without quality hold. • Implemented a successful sanitation program that received high remarks in our last announced ISO audit and resulted in conformance to ISO standard and 94% RTFT for last quarter for sanitation where previously the team had 85% RTFT. • Established and lead tier II meetings with all department participation, increasing engagement, safety, quality, production, morale, and communication.
