My professional evolution thus far has been much like that of the traditional apprentice and therefore does not fit into the modern mold of job titles and promotions. At every stage of my career, I have been dedicated to elevating my team and our clients. And since 2022, I have been able to methodically and thoughtfully expand my role and capabilities as a coach and consultant to UHNW families. Most recently, in January 2025, I added the role Director of Family Learning to my title. This is the life of the practitioner: It is a great privilege to be able to wake up each day and know there is always more to learn, new ways to add value, and brilliant opportunities looming on the horizon. Below is my best shot at translating this path into the mold-Collaborate with team members to design and deliver bespoke client engagements aimed at helping UHNW families strengthen communication, governance, and leadership across generations. Remain high touch at every stage of the engagement, including business development, discovery interviews, meeting facilitation, coaching, curating client materials, agenda design, and reporting-Key player in advisor engagements, including serving as program coordinator and secondary instructor for the Whole Family Advisor training program; co-creator of the elective course Inspiring Females to Financial Confidence; and content contributor for our Advisor Membership-Responsible for developing and managing family learning resources, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and developmentally appropriate for clients, and properly primed for consultant use. Leading learning initiatives specifically for RisingGen family members such as curriculum development, creating case studies, and crafting experiential activities.

What sparks my joy? Well, probably just like you, it\'s many things. I find joy in learning, in helping others, in figuring out a complex problem, in collaboration, in spending quality time with loved ones, in nature, and so much more. Bottom line - I feel grateful to say that through my personal and professional life, joy sparks often. CAREER:In my day-to-day, I am a coach, consultant, and the Director of Family Learning at Legacy Capitals, a firm that specializes in training, coaching, and consulting on topics such as wealth & values transfer, preparing the rising generation, family governance, legacy planning, and family philanthropy to affluent families and their advisors. In my role, I strive to to empower family members to develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to steward wealth with purpose and flourish in all areas of life. One particular way I love living out this passion in my work is via my Financial Fitness Education Program. This program, which I developed in 2022, pairs traditional financial literacy with essential life skills and stewardship discussions to educate, equip, and empower young adults (age 18-30) from financially successful families. EDUCATION:In May 2018, I graduated from the University of Florida where I earned my Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management with a minor in Communication Studies. Since then, I have continued my education outside of the classroom setting, having completed a Personal & Family Financial Planning certificate program through University of Florida, an extensive coach training program through the CoActive Training Institute, and a Personal Finance Coaching certification through the Financial Coach Academy.Most recently, I completed the Family Firm Institute\'s dual certificates: Certified Family Wealth Advisor (CFWA) and Certified Family Business Advisor (CFBA).A LITTLE EXTRA:I currently reside in South Florida with my husband.
