About Kaley Coffield
I\'m a design leader who genuinely loves both sides of the work — building great products and building great teams.At Auctane (ShipStation), I manage a team of 9 product designers across two products. My job is to create the conditions where designers do their best work: owning their craft, making smart decisions independently, and having a real voice in product strategy — not just execution.I\'m endlessly curious and always building something.
