I am a Strategic Business Consultant for MortgageTech as well as an Ellie Mae Certified Encompass Administrator with a little over10 years experience in the mortgage industry and a solid technology background. I have great application development and coding skills within Encompass as well as a passion for optimal customer support and in providing hand\'s on training for new and experienced Encompass users. It\'s possible that the WHY behind what I do is as important as the WHAT I can do. I always say that mortgage people are crazy and I mean that in a sincerely endearing manner. The bottom line is that we are like a big family/team working together to help people reach their goals and achieve their dreams. We all play a different role in making amazing things happen. On the technology side I get to use my knowledge/skills to help create efficiency, protect our customers as well as each other and make change for the better a comfortable and exciting experience for everyone involved. I have had some of the best mentors you can imagine and am thrilled to be a part of this ever-changing world.
