Leading the 3D production line by implementing Agile frameworks, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies, I have taken full responsibility for team and staffing. In a year, I applied substantial changes to create a transparent Agile team utilizing Jira and Confluence pages, which enhanced stakeholder collaboration and exceeded all expectations through self-management.Conducting developer 1:1 meetings, interviews, and managing incidents, I established a robust Q&A strategy. As the Product Development Lead for the RT Team, I introduced Jira and Confluence, streamlining task tracking and improving communication and collaboration across IMC Digital teams and S&P. This led to the successful production of RT models in 2024, an improvement of 20%, meeting ambitious targets and setting us up to produce over RT models in FY25.With a strong foundation in lean thinking, agile methodologies, and strategic project management in 3D model production, I have led successful efforts to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen, I significantly enhanced our workflow. I spearheaded the adoption of Agile practices such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure rapid iteration and delivery.Leading remote, autonomous, cross-functional teams of 18 individuals, consisting of 3 reporting team leaders and 15 resources, I harnessed diverse skills for holistic problem-solving and alignment with the project vision. Through effective communication strategies, I ensured clear requirement elicitation and alignment between IMC Strategy and Planning and Digital teams. Additionally, I provided extensive training on presentations, Miro boards, and team dynamics, equipping team members with the necessary skills to navigate complex projects. By appointing team leads, I enhanced production governance and promoted the development of leadership capabilities within my team.
