Enabling growth and development of the commercial aviation sector across the Middle East & Africa region by collaborating with airlines, financiers, lessors, and governmental agencies to find creative, individualized financing solutions for each customer. Globally-minded, forward-thinking, and relationship-oriented. With a diverse background across public and private sectors, professional experience in a variety of functions (including Strategy, Finance, Business Development, and Talent Acquisition), and exposure to studying/working in nearly every region of the world, I bring a unique perspective to the teams I support. I strive to build strong connections with our customers and partners, paving the way for long-term success. I\'m deeply passionate about the importance of inclusion in the workplace and the value it brings to both individuals and organizations. Outside of my day-to-day work, I serve as the Membership Chair for the Boeing Employee Ability Awareness Association Puget Sound Chapter, our employee resource group driving awareness and inclusion of the disability community and its allies at Boeing. I helped to create and served as the Lead for the BCFP\'s Diversity & Inclusion Committee during my time in that program and have volunteered as a long-term professional mentor through Disability:IN. I hold a bachelor\'s degree in International Business and Management from the University of South Carolina, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Honors College. While there, I spent time studying Spanish language and business courses at the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola in Cusco, Peru and the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic.
