Lead project and business activities aimed at expanding the NHS Workforce and includes the operational delivery of the below postgraduate training and education programmes within the North West: ° ACCS° Anaesthesia ° Emergency Medicine ° Intensive Care Medicine ° Paediatrics ° Public Health ° Psychiatry ° Obstetrics & Gynaecology° Radiology I was also the Senior Project Manager for the NW School of Radiology Academy training expansion programme. This is a non clinical training placement model to support clinical training pressure & support the expansion of the diagnostic/imaging consultant workforce. I now oversee the onsite management of resident doctors within the placements.
