With a childhood spent frequently moving around, Kaleen De Arcos’ earliest dreams were about living in a big home with a pool forever. Today, Kaleen feels fortunate to draw the bigger picture for others of what homeownership truly is: one not only about building equity but also stability and happiness. Originally from Ventura, California, Kaleen has a B.S. in sociology and business from the University of Oregon. She fell in love with the Bay Area when she stopped off in San Francisco on her drives home from college. She fell in love with real estate even earlier, when her agent mom began taking Kaleen to open houses when she was very young. After having to move seven times in seven years, being forced to leave friends and familiarity behind, the opportunity to tour properties and dream big became one of Kaleen’s favorite childhood memories. Kaleen launched her real estate career as a lead-generating manager before becoming a full-time agent, and she focuses on first-time buyers, growing families, and retirees. Her education helps her understand and relate to people and approach her business with an entrepreneurial mindset. She also applies what she learned from her eight years spent on her college’s top cheer team — a strong work ethic, perseverance, positivity, and flexibility — to be the best agent she can be and help her clients achieve their goals. Kaleen has been living in the Bay Area since 2017. A huge dog lover, you’ll often find Kaleen palling around in her free time with her two French bulldogs, Jaxx and Koa, and one yellow Labrador, Boomer. She also loves working out, going to the beach, and riding her skateboard. Kaleen gives back to her community by volunteering at animal shelters and the GLIDE soup kitchen.
