ABOUT KALEE HERMANSON
I am a passionate, organized, fast-learning leader that has been in some sort of position to serve the people; retail, hospitality, counseling, behavior coach. I have a history of excelling at my job where I can take on more responsibilities to make the workplace more efficient and take some burden off my supervisor. During my last two college years, I managed to work full time, go to school full time, and keep a 3.4 GPA. During that time, I also became Front Desk Lead at my hospitality job at Holiday Inn Express. Over the last 7 years, I have worked as a counselor in opioid addiction. During my last 7 years of work experience, I have been promoted to Lead Counselor, Counselor Supervisor, and Program Director. During the Covid-19 Pandemic I have trained, learned, and used remote-work skills that I would like to apply to a job that will provide a better work-life balance.
