From there, I took the entrepreneurial leap and started my own small business in the printing industry, gaining invaluable experience in business management, client relations, and cost optimization.My path continued in the concrete industry, where I worked as a Crew Foreman, and later in the landscaping sector with one of the largest commercial lawn and landscape companies in West Virginia. These roles helped me refine my leadership skills, focusing on team development, project management, and operational efficiency.As a Production Operations Supervisor at Meyer Utility Structures, I deepened my expertise in Continuous Improvement (CI), leading to my current role as a Production Manager at Baer Manufacturing/Hunt Electric. In this role, I leverage my background in lean processes, time/schedule management, and critical thinking to drive performance and ensure high-quality production standards in fast-paced environments.What I find most rewarding in my work is helping employees grow and build their confidence while expanding their understanding of all aspects of the business.
