About Kaleb Kohne

A superintendent whose internal drive is focused on more than just seeing work being put in place. That drive, built on a foundation of education and experience, has allowed me to be not only be an asset in the field, but in the office and client networking side of the business as well. Experience on the management side of the construction process enables me to see solutions to problems that arise, not only with a premise to prevent schedule delay, but also to foresee future costs, as means to reduce cost exposure to the client and subcontractors. Successful project management is not possible without a cohesive relationship between field and office, and I pride myself on ensuring this working relationship is maintained with the upmost priority. Running work in the field has enabled me to have a sharp perspective on production, sequence, and safety. This experience ensures those working with me are returning to their families after a long work day, with a greater sense of accomplishment knowing that their scope was completed on time and in a safe manner. I consistently drive subcontractors to buy in on the schedule and teamwork needed to coordinate installations prior to conflict in the field. This is achieved through coordination meetings, pre-construction review, field walks, and general supervisory review of work in place on a daily basis. Job titles today typically serve to identify ones ability to perform specific responsibilities, yet I see myself as a superintendent whose scope is broader than the standard focus of putting work in place. I take ownership for more than the work in the field; I take ownership for the building, the schedule, and my companies brand as a whole. In short, my daily goal is to not only be the companies biggest advocate, but also the companies biggest asset.
