Kaleb received a scholarship to Maple Woods Community College to play baseball and used the opportunity to receive his Associate of Arts Degree; graduating summa cum laude. He earned his Bachelor\'s degree in Parks & Recreation from the University of Missouri; again, graduating summa cum laude. After working in the non-profit sector for the North Central Missouri YMCA, he attended Grand River Technical School. Once finished, he was able to combine his love for sports and technology at Pro Athlete, Inc.With the unique combination of strong technical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills, Kaleb has emerged as a highly regarded IT leader in the Kansas City area. As the Director of Information Technology for the largest online bat dealer in America, Kaleb regularly works on integration projects with Google, Amazon.com, PayPal, and Shopify. These opportunities have provided him with highly specialized experience in the eCommerce sector and managing large scale development projects. He focuses on communication, problem-solving, efficient processes, time management, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction throughout each project lifecycle.Also, along with managing the development team at Pro Athlete, Kaleb leads the IT Operations team. With a hands-on approach to leadership, he consistently provides team members with the resources needed, removes roadblocks when necessary, and contributes, so that world class end user support is the standard. He has several industry certifications, including ITIL Foundation, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA A+.Kaleb serves on two IT Advisory Boards to help the next generation of IT professionals in their career development.
