I provide on-campus peer mentorship to 10-15 newly selected Opportunity Scholars at the University of Washington Seattle, University of Washington Bothell, and North Seattle College under the supervision of the WSOS team. Scholar Leads are enthusiastic student leaders who are further along in their academic journey, who help Scholars navigate their new campus, learn about available resources, and support their academic journey. Responsibilities also include sharing resources that support goal setting, prioritization of work, and time management.
