   Supervise a team of five to ensure smooth transportation of all shipments from beginning to end. And to ensure all the required TPTs are meet. I communicate daily with airlines, brokers, agents, customers, suppliers, and drivers to achieve this goal. • Monitoring operations agents to ensure all their paperwork is correct. Paperwork includes Manifests, direct and consol MAWBs, domestic and international MAWBs, T.E. and I.E inbound transfers, D.O.\'s and authority to make entry. • Taught trainees on how to navigate the Transportation Management System and implement risk management techniques for the best possible ETA. • Checking the work of operation agents to ensure all paperwork sent to the customs brokers are correct, following up with the brokers for clearances. Dispatching agents to recover and deliver said shipments. • As a supervisor it is my job to track all shipments to ensure they depart as booked, notify agents and customers of any flight delays or offloads, and reroute shipments to ensure our TPT is meet. • Constantly looking for ways to improve and achieve the best standard of supply chain management.
