Maintaining engineering systems in line with organization guidelines & maintaining necessary documentation all the time & supporting maintenance audits of site.To develop MEP equipment listing of the control area of site and develop planned preventive maintenance schedule of all equipment as per OEM recommendations & ensure healthy operation of all P&M all the time.Risk identification and mitigation.To monitor, attend & close user tickets related to M&E and assigned to individual or to the technical team.To coordinate, follow up with facility management team for common area upkeep, operation & healthiness of building systems & other dependencies.Necessary coordination with internal & external stakeholders of FMClient/Stakeholder ManagementProactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met through high levels of customer serviceBuilding and developing effective client / stakeholder relationships Proactively understand the customers/ employees needs and act on them proactivelyFinance Management (M&E works) Planning & Adherence Procurement & Vendor Management.Managing maintenance Inventory, checking stock & working on applicable tools.In-house skill development and Kaizen implementation to enhance system performance and cost control.
