ABOUT KALAIVANI MATTERN

Adapt to your changing world\"- from Aathichudi by Avvaiyar (in the original Tamil script \"ஒப்புரவு ஒழுகு\")Our world is constantly and rapidly changing. I support you in adapting to such changes through my coaching and training. I strongly believe in people being complementary and diversity, with all its challenges, is our ultimate strength. If I may paraphrase the great Martin Luther King, Jr, we must live as loving siblings, or perish together as fools. As part of the trio at the ambitious enterprise Superbloom Studios, where we support entrepreneurs to build products with inclusion at its core, I am forever challenging the communication strategies at workplaces.My passion is to coach and train people on living/working together productively, on being inclusive and yet with an emphasis on staying true to oneself. My experiences as an adult migrant woman in Germany, with a background in engineering, decades of work experience in Software development leading global/remote teams has given me a tremendous amount of real-life exposure and a better understanding of issues facing today\'s globalised workplace. Adaptive communication is the key to navigate challenges facing us all around the world. With this in mind, I provide blended coaching and training (in English, German, Hindi and Tamil) tailored to specific needs that takes into account the participants\' life experiences and interactions. I also volunteer as a consultant for various Non-profit organisation in areas of cross-cultural interactions, especially for migrant families with children. Let us understand and be understood!
