I am a nanotechnology researcher specializing in the synthesis, transfer, and application of 2D materials. My expertise lies in the growth of atomically thin films using semi-automated MOCVD, with experience in wet chemical transfer, etching, and nanoparticle synthesis for optoelectronic applications. At the 2D Materials Laboratory (2DML), SRMIST, I had worked and optimized a Semi-automated MOCVD system for the controlled growth of atomically thin MoS₂ films. This enabled precise tuning of process parameters for uniform, high-quality 2D material deposition. I am proficient in materials characterization techniques such as UV-Vis Spectroscopy and Raman Spectroscopy, and I possess hands-on experience with tools like TCAD (Sentaurus) and Keithley-Tektronix systems. As a Samsung Fellowship Awardee (ISWDP, Cohort 4), I received advanced training in semiconductor device simulation, process calibration, and electrical testing. My interests span nanoscience, semiconductor packaging, and 2D material integration for electronics and photonics. I aim to contribute to innovative research in nanoelectronics and advanced manufacturing, both in academic and industrial settings.
