Managing 100-member team to deliver all the iDrac interfaces and Instrumentation layers across releases. Working to strategically bring the quality focus across the Interfaces by bringing back the scrum test phase and going back to basics. Responsible to deliver the Redfish, Graphical User Interface, Command Line Interfaces to support the servers. Own to support 30+ consoles across various teams in Dell with a turnaround time of 24 hours. Process changes to ensure the left shifting of interface efforts with dependencies in progress. Own and drive storage controller design changes and completely building the stack from scratch in shortest time with great quality. Driving Innovation across org to ensure the Patents are submitted where there is an opportunity to secure the IP. Working with validation counterpart and program management leaders to redefine release process to create a seamless release delivery. Optimization and quality are the major themes and all the enhancements in processes are explored to continuously enhance the metrics. Delivering cutting edge systems management functionalities, keeping pace with the Redfish specification compliance, keeping Dell ahead of competition in iDrac features and Interfaces delivered with motivated and talented workforce are my major goals.
