I am passionate about problem solving. My current role as a Product Owner/Business Analyst allows me the opportunity to interact with both the Business and the Technical areas of the company, helping to translate want and need into reality. I also enjoy motivating and training others. I have had the opportunity to acts as a mentor and to be an unofficial training resource at various points in my career. I have also been active in several Employee Resource Groups and acted as Co-Lead for the second largest ERG at my location.A recent move from the Insurance to Healthcare industry has allowed me to expand my knowledge base and put all those transferable skills to work! I have had an opportunity to act as a Product Owner while still owning the requirements gathering and refinement process and learning to create and manage the workload has been challenging and fun. My next goals include moving deeper into the strategy and business development space.
