I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in performance, as the dream was to become an actress. Sometimes things don\'t work out, however, I feel as if my degree helped me grow tremendously in my previous customer service position. I understood the priority of being on time, working well with others, how practice is important and learned the \"show must go on\" mentality.
