Crowne Development, Inc. has delivered nearly single-family homes over the last thirty-four years developing single-family communities. This includes acquiring raw land, obtaining entitlements, developing the land, and then constructing and eventually delivering new homes to home buyers. All of the projects were completed or are underway in Northern California. I have lived in Northern California my whole life. I enjoy boating in the Sacramento Delta.
