I am a Product Manager in Paytm’s Central Data & AI organization, building AI platform products that make large-scale data usable in real business contexts.I currently lead the development of an agentic Conversational Analytics platform that enables non-technical teams to query petabyte-scale datasets using natural language. The product is used across multiple business verticals and is designed for production constraints—accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability—not demos.My work focuses on applied AI systems: defining agentic architectures, retrieval and execution workflows, evaluation strategies, and onboarding frameworks that allow AI products to scale without heavy human-in-the-loop dependencies. I have owned 0→1 product builds, platform trade-offs, and cross-functional execution across data science, platform engineering, and business teams.Before product management, I worked hands-on across the data stack—analytics, OLAP design, BI tooling, and large-scale pipelines. That background helps me bridge model behavior, system constraints, and user workflows when shipping AI products in production environments.I am most interested in AI platform and applied AI PM roles—agentic systems, analytics platforms, and tooling that turn complex systems into reliable, accessible products at scale.
