ABOUT KAJETAN KAI DAWIDOWICZ
I\'m Kai and I\'m currently working at Amey as a People Services Advisor. I am very sociable, creating connections at any given opportunity and maintaining a positive rapport with both employees and relevant third-parties. I am currently studying towards a CIPD Level 3 Qualification, with the interest of managing both business needs and employers’ wellbeing at heart. My experience within sales has provided me with many valuable skills in several key areas such as: Maintaining direct and open communication, handling confidential GDPR information, guiding and motivating a team to maintain brand standards and provide excellent customer/employee service, identify both business and personal strengths & weaknesses to improve on, and also provide data & reflect on results from our work to highlight the key areas of excellence and change.The aim is to continue my progression within the world of People/HR, showcasing uses of my skills and wide knowledge of connections within my role.
