With over 15 years of experience in legal and compliance, I lead the Legal, Ethics and Compliance department for Asia Pacific region at QuidelOrtho, a global leader in diagnostics solutions. I hold a CCEP-I certification from the Compliance Certification Board and a PGIPRM degree from NMIMS in intellectual property rights management, along with a Law degree and a CS qualification.As a strategic business partner and advisor, I collaborate with senior board members and leadership teams, representing the company and negotiating complex transactions. I also inspire and empower my team to achieve stretched business targets and cultivate positive and mutually beneficial business relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I handle risk management, policy design and implementation, training and communications, and legal and FCPA investigations, while maintaining strong ethics and integrity.
