As a seasoned HR professional with 6+ years of experience in the dynamic corporate and manufacturing sectors, I currently serve as an Assistant Manager at Vedanta’s Steel Business. In this role, I am responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. I am passionate about enhancing organizational efficiency and security while empowering the talent pool.A key aspect of my work involves leading transformative HR digitalization projects that drive organizational growth. My career journey has provided me with a diverse skill set, spanning security operations, MIS, process control, audits, procurement, and business partner management. This extensive experience has sharpened my abilities in people management, business analysis, and process improvement.A highlight of my career has been anchoring Project Panchhi, a unique initiative born from the Chairman\'s vision. This program is dedicated to fostering inclusive community development by empowering young girls from remote areas and integrating them into the operational regions of the steel and manufacturing industries. Project Panchhi not only resonates with our core values of diversity, equity, and inclusion but also directly contributes to enhancing diversity in a traditionally underrepresented sector.
