15+ years of comprehensive experience in Finance & Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, HR Operations comprising of Payroll, Work compensation and EDM (Employee Data Maintenance) for EMEA, UK and US clients. Proven expertise in collaborating with senior management to conduct process planning to support and achieve corporate goals. I have handled Cash Applications, Collection & deductions, Payroll/ Work Compensation/EDM and have been delivering end to end services in these areas. A skilled professional in consulting clients and transforming their respective service areas is a highlight of the roles I have been performing, which is highly appreciated by all the organizations I have worked with. Expertise in handling end to end payroll administration for US clients including “Hire to Retire” set ups, performing payroll calculations and adjustments with high level of accuracy, co-ordination with related vendors and resolving employees’ and client’s enquiries/ issues related to Payroll. Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. Expert in building Client relationship, Daily/Monthly Reporting, Month end closing, Intercompany transaction, and Project management. Successfully migrated, both onshore and remote transitions. Ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience, elevating customer satisfaction, while adhering to the quality standards. Client site visit (UK trip) is also highlight of my Job where I visited UK for Unity Sunset Project and successfully transitioned process as per client’s expectations.
