ABOUT KAJAL MAHESHWARI
As a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer, I have been working at Masters\' Union since May 2022, where I create and oversee the development of website and event pages, focusing on accessibility and user-friendliness. My efforts have successfully generated twice the number of admission leads by strategically incorporating forms and calls-to-action (CTAs) in web and mobile designs. Currently, I am building an in-house design system that includes over 10 essential components and instances.I collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design and development processes seamlessly. Working closely with developers, I lead teams and manage projects from start to finish. Before joining Masters\' Union, I gained valuable experience in both physical and digital product design for various brands and organizations, completing 68 projects across diverse domains, including e-commerce, industrial design, Learning Management Systems (LMS), EdTech, and internal dashboards. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Applied Arts from Lucknow University, where I honed my skills in poster design, graphical user interface, and user experience.
