This gave me a strong foundation in how hiring works behind the scenes.I’ve also worked as a Campus Recruiter, visiting multiple colleges and hiring fresh talent across roles — a role that taught me the importance of first impressions and candidate experience.Currently, I’m focused on lateral hiring, helping different teams find the right talent.
