About Kajal Gupta

After working three years in the software industry, I came to the United States to do my Masters\'s in Data Science. Why? Because it was always my plan and dream! Well, fast-forwarding, I graduated in May 2021. I have joined Amazon to continue my journey. Looking forward to working with amazing people on amazing tech.Flashback-I spent two years in Adobe working on everyone\'s favorite Acrobat Reader. I started working on the Acrobat Reader mobile app and then switched to another subproject \"Liquid Mode\" in Acrobat Reader. The liquid mode uses computer vision to revamp the appearance of PDFs on digital devices. I used all the tools in the world (PS: just one- Python) to solve all my problems while working in the data team. If you want to know more about it feel free to ping me and do check it out in latest Acrobat Reader app.Previously, I worked as a software engineer at APUS Group in its computer vision team. Before APUS, I worked at Siftr Labs which got acquired by APUS Group in January. The startup experience has been a rollercoaster ride, yet I enjoyed it because it was challenging. I like solving new problems and contributing in the best possible way. I like doing research along with scripting and coding. I always look forward to exploring new tools and technologies and using them in an efficient way.While being in college and work, I have played various roles such as technical head, project lead, researcher, and mentor. While being at work I got an awesome team and management that allowed me to play the same roles and continue my activities. At work, I was continuously involved in exploring the dimensions of images and understanding them in depth using Computer Vision and of course all-time coding.I love to write blogs actively on LinkedIn.
