Beginning as an Associate Director at MCC, I advised on all agricultural issues pertaining to the development of an irrigation investment in Tunisia and provided project oversight on several interventions in the $442 million agriculture compact with Niger including irrigation, agriculture policy, ag statistics and others. In 2021, I was promoted to Director of Agriculture where I continued work on Niger and led the development of the Program for Reform and Investment in Agriculture project in Mozambique, which includes a result-based financing approach to agribusiness development as well as a tax and investment incentivization reform project. Additionally, I co-authored several tools to improve on how ag investments can be more targeted and efficient. In 2023, I was selected to represent MCC in Niger, eventually as Acting Resident Country Director for the last year of the $442 million investment, centered in agriculture. Upon my return, I was promoted to Senior Operations Advisor in 2024.
