Hello!I\'m a Psychologist and member of the British Psychological Society, passionate about combining creative arts with mental health to make a meaningful impact. I hold an MSc in Creative Arts and Mental Health from Queen Mary University of London, an MA in Clinical Psychology from KC College, and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Theatre from FLAME University.Certified in suicide prevention by Safe Space India, I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience conducting psychometric assessments at Masina, Sion, and Nair Hospitals in Mumbai, as well as counselling and workshop experience working with Young People.Today, as a mental health professional, I run my private practice Sunflower State of Mind, where my goal is to help individuals lead healthier, more fulfilling lives by embracing both traditional and creative approaches to well-being!
