As a consultant, I develop and implement collaboration models, lead systems trainings, offer strategic guidance for cultural organizations across the U.S, Canada, and the UK in order to scale their digital initiatives, creatively re-think content strategy and planning all while growing audience and strengthening visitor trust- Onboarded 100+ arts and culture organizations to Bloomberg Connects, an app built by Bloomberg Philanthropies to democratize access to arts and culture, spearheading content strategy guidance, launch strategies, and Content Management System training- Led the development of a shared online resource (testing an e-learning initiative) with step-by-step group learning assignments, providing a scalable framework that streamlines partner onboarding and guides organizations in integrating essential digital strategies into their broader audience engagement objectives- Partnered with colleagues to develop a relationship management protocol, resulting in a significant reduction of person hours in the maintenance of guide and app content- Maintain relationships with over 50 international arts and culture organizations, strengthening engagement and strategic growth.
