Queer1 Erg Co-lead

In the fall of 2021, I helped co-found QUEER1, TiER1\'s employee resource group (ERG) for LGBTQIA+ identifying TiER1ers and allies of the community, including parents of LGBTQIA+ identifying children. The objective is to cultivate a sense of belonging for LGBTQIA+ identifying TiER1 employees, while also driving action aligned to TiER1\'s IDEA commitments and organizational strategy. Our focus is on community engagement and service, networking, education, and collaboration on how we activate inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility through the work. With our first meeting in December 2021, we now have 46 members (and counting).
