Over the past 7 years, I’ve had the opportunity to do just that, across startups, Fortune 500 companies, and global teams.Now, I\'m at Plug and Play Tech Center, where I support employee relations, performance management, and compliance across the U.S, Canada, and Brazil. I’ve designed engagement strategies that boosted satisfaction by 20 percent, implemented feedback and development programs, and supported international mobility through streamlined immigration processes.
