Hi! I’m Kaitlyn, a corporate wellness leader and wellness coach with a passion for helping people feel more aligned, energized, and alive in their work and life.Since beginning my journey with Randstad in 2012, I’ve worn many hats across cities and continents—from recruiting and sales in NYC, San Francisco and Amsterdam, to leading corporate wellness initiatives in the USA. Today, I’m proud to serve as the Wellness Program & Benefits Lead at Randstad USA, where I create meaningful programming that supports holistic wellbeing across physical, mental, financial, social, and career dimensions.What drives me is the belief that when people feel truly well and connected to purpose and their inner truth, they do their best work—and live their fullest lives.
