   RapidRatings is a PE-owned SaaS company providing cloud-based analytics ratings solutions for vendor financial risk management.In my role, I spearhead legal and compliance, serve as corporate secretary, and report to the C-level of an organization with multiple US offices and international subsidiaries in Ireland and Australia. I oversee IP (patent, trademark, open source, licensing), insurance, enterprise data and analytics compliance, HR compliance, incident support, legal operations, document management, executive reporting, vendor management committee, and cross-functional operations committees. My oversight also includes investor relationships, including our private equity investors. SELECT ACHIEVEMENTS: Led 2 PE funding rounds, including a recapitalization (2022) with funding from Spectrum Equity and 22C, and an investment (2018) from FTV Capital. Drove due diligence, deal counsel, and insurance. Enabled significant ACV growth YoY by leading team responsible for negotiating and managing client contracts. Restructured contract template strategy, including client sales agreements, business development, channel/partnership, and vendor contracts. Streamlined and optimized vendors, including law firms, legal operations, insurance brokers, compliance training, etc. Improved costs, cash flow, client contract compliance, and vendor relationships.
