ABOUT KAITLYN STONE

With over seven years of work experience in quality assurance, I am passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients. As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Stoneridge Software, I leverage my automation certifications and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to test, debug, and improve the functionality and performance of various applications and systems. I also collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure that the software meets the requirements and standards of quality, security, and usability. As an Information Technology Quality Assurance Manager at Mattress Firm, I assisted with leading a team of quality assurance analysts to oversee the testing and quality assurance processes for the retail operations systems. I also managed the communication and coordination with the vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of the software solutions. In addition to my technical skills, I have also developed my communication and presentation skills through the Dale Carnegie Training courses that I completed in 2023. I am motivated by the mission of Stoneridge Software to provide innovative and reliable software solutions that help businesses grow and succeed. I am always eager to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can enhance my skills and competencies as a quality assurance professional.
