ABOUT KAITLYN SPEIDELSBACH
Currently, I serve as Vice President of Member Experience, where I design and support programs that strengthen engagement and community for 300+ members. My experience includes event planning, member engagement, communications, and leadership collaboration, and I enjoy finding creative ways to improve attendance, enhance the member experience, and build a more connected environment. I work closely with leadership teams to ensure events and initiatives align with organizational goals, member needs, and overall values. My professional experience has also been shaped by internships with Eaton Corporation and AIST (Association for Iron & Steel Technology). Through my internship experience at Eaton, I strengthened my skills in professional communication, organization, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving in a corporate environment. During my AIST meeting planning internship, I gained hands-on experience supporting event coordination and logistics, which further developed my ability to manage details, timelines, and the overall attendee experience. These roles helped me grow my confidence in both business professionalism and executing high-quality experiences.Through leadership roles like Director of Lifelong Membership and Vice President of Member Experience, I’ve developed strengths in relationship building, event strategy, marketing communications, and member retention. I’ve planned senior-focused events, supported alumnae engagement efforts, and helped create programs that encourage long-term involvement and stronger community ties. Across each role, I bring a mix of people-first leadership and strategic thinking — I’m someone who can stay organized under pressure, communicate clearly, and turn ideas into meaningful results.Outside of work and leadership, I enjoy creative event concepts, wellness-focused activities, and finding new ways to build community. I’m passionate about creating experiences that are both meaningful and memorable, and I’m especially interested in opportunities in brand marketing, event marketing, community engagement, and member experience strategy.Let’s connect — I’m always open to opportunities in marketing, member experience, and event strategy.
