ABOUT KAITLYNN SCHAUB
I have a Bachelor\'s of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness with a concentration in Community Nutrition and a Bachelor\'s of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from Long Island University. I am currently completing my Master\'s of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics. I graduated from Long Island University\'s Dietetic Internship program in June 2022. During my internship, I completed 1200 hours of supervised practice in inpatient and outpatient settings. I had the opportunity to advance my skills in food service, enteral and parenteral nutrition, critical care, renal, geriatric, and oncology nutrition. My dietetic internship and previous healthcare and food service jobs have helped me develop excellent time management and organizational skills. I have acquired an abundance of knowledge and experience in the nutrition field. Currently, I am a full time registered dietitian at Northshore University Hospital.
