About Kaitlyn Reed

I\'m a pre-law student at the Ohio State University pursuing a dual degree in Public Management, Leadership, and Policy (BA) and Political Science (BA) with minors in Spanish and Women\'s Policy. I am an aspiring law student that hopes to enter the international law sphere with a focus on human rights. With a passion for both the research fueling effective and creative policy solutions and the creation of efficient policy, I hope to work at the intersection of both. Additionally, I am interested in Women\'s Policy and Social Justice.During the first 100 days of the new administration, I had the privilege of serving as a State Department intern. This was a pivotal experience that deepened my commitment to public service and reinforced my belief in the power of diplomacy, law, and human rights. Immersed in a fast-paced, transitional period of U.S. foreign policy, I saw firsthand how principled leadership and legal frameworks serve as anchors in times of global uncertainty. This experience didn’t just affirm my long-standing passion for public service, it clarified it. I witnessed the tangible impact of human rights work on the world stage and the vital role legal systems play in protecting democratic values. It solidified my desire to pursue a legal career rooted in advocacy, accountability, and justice.From grassroots organizing in my hometown to international policy work in D.C, my journey has always centered on using institutional tools to create a more just and inclusive world. I’m driven by the belief that real change happens when you combine policy expertise, legal acumen, and an unwavering commitment to the public good.

   Promote Grillo’s Pickles brand through campus events, social media, and word of mouth to engage peers authentically- Plan and host creative Grillo’s-themed events such as tailgates, product sampling, and pickle parties to increase brand visibility- Collaborate with the Grillo’s marketing team and other campus ambassadors to gather consumer insights and enhance promotional strategies- Capture and share content on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok to expand brand awareness and reach- Gain hands-on experience in event planning, product marketing, and peer engagement while building connections within the Grillo’s ambassador network.
