   Serves as site HR support for the El Paso, TX (20+) & La Vergne, TN (30+) Fulfillment Centers. Coaches & provides support for 2 Fulfillment Managers and 5 Fulfillment Supervisors including all staffing, employee relations, recruiting, FMLA/STD, safety, and other HR processes. Current \"grey dot\" owner for the Logistics & Fulfillment HR X-Matrix that tracks actionable plans for achieving company\'s goals & monitoring progress. Ensures that the HR team & Logistics/Fulfillment functions are on track to hit 2023 KPI\'s. Attended 2023 Policy Deployment Bootcamp and helped created HR strategic goals and planning process for the year. Mar 2022 -Dec 2022: Interim Sr. HR Generalist for Indianapolis IN (65+) & McAllen TX Fulfillment Center (30+) while HR support was out for the year. Created 2022 HR Visual Data Management board and was key owner of tracking HR progress for all 9 Fulfillment Centers and Logistics Functions. Tracked all progress and data related to hiring, engagement, community service events & culture action items. Created Recruiting Scorecard for the Fulfillment & Logistics function to track & maintain hiring progress. Hired 17 salaried employees, 50% of new hires starts were from diverse backgrounds. Led all recruiting & onboarding initiatives including: interviewing, background checks, onboarding, & administering new hire orientation to applicants.Manages General Wage Increase Budget & Hourly Performance Management for the La Vergne TN & EL Paso TX facilities. Creates & proposes yearly budgeted increases to the Fulfillment Leadership team & partnered with local management to ensure timely performance feedback process at the end of year. Created SOP for Workplace Accident Documents to help provide step by step process of onsite injuries & the Workers Compensation process.Monitored all 2022 FMLA & STD claims for 5 Fulfillment Centers- tracked all claims to make sure they were accurately updated in time keeping system in a timely manner.
