Veridient LLC is a privately held impact investment and capital advisory office based in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.I am a proud client and former First Vice President, Commercial Banker of Climate First Bank. Nuveen Green Capital is a national leader in sustainable commercial real estate (CRE) financing solutions and an affiliate of Nuveen, the $1.4T asset manager and wholly owned subsidiary of TIAA.Prior to Nuveen, I was a Vice President and Sr. Commercial Underwriter at TIAA Bank (aka EverBank). My primary responsibility for nearly a decade was underwriting multi-family and multi-tenant CRE loan originations. My career started in the Executive Office of the Governor of Florida where I joined as an intern and ended my tenure as a Chief Budget Analyst. My time in the public sector largely focused on environmental, transportation, and economic development policy and budget issues.Service to others is central to my life. While at TIAA and its companies, I chaired the Jacksonville volunteer council and professional women’s organization. As a beneficiary of great mentors throughout my career, I understand the importance of mentorship and give back by volunteering as a Take Stock in Children mentor and financial literacy trainer. I served on the Board of the Ladies Executive Golf Society from 20••••25 and joined the Board of First Tee of North Florida in January 2026.I am a Jacksonville Business Journal 40 under 40 honoree and member of the Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation’s 5th JAX MVP Class for emerging leaders. While at TIAA, I was honored to receive the Carnegie’s Elite award for volunteerism and community impact.
