I grew up in a rural North Western Ontario town where community involvement was considered a common pastime. I live by the motto. Have I done it? No? Then I shall do it. Unique experiences and new communities fuels my soul. I volunteer regularly and am passionate about building strong connections. After all, the world is a small town. Currently, I am working to unlock the power of our people and drive to impact. My job is to find, hire and coach the finance world\'s current and future rockstar advisors. I love my job! I work with a lot of really unique people with unique perspectives. This is a dream for cross-functional collaborators such as myself. I tried to pick up programming thanks to a colleague but not sure if I can do that for my career. I regularly attend networking events and community initiatives and am grateful to know many people on different career paths. I like to treat people with respect. I enjoy helping people and learning about new perspectives and finding common ground.
