As a Consultant Care Coordinator for Calculated Hire, I am responsible for the execution, communication, and monitoring of onboarding and placement activities for consultants once an offer has been accepted. I work closely with Account Executives, Recruiters, as well as Accounting and HR teams to provide support, ensure placement accuracy, and troubleshoot any errors or issues throughout the onboarding process as well as the duration of a consultant\'s contract. I’ve had the privilege of onboarding over 500 consultants, enhancing engagement, and designing programs to promote consultant recognition and retention. From first-day onboarding to continuous support, I strive to make every step in a consultant\'s journey meaningful and impactful.
