As a Head Volleyball Coach and Program Instructor at East Coast Volleyball Academy, I lead and develop competitive youth teams, including our 12U National program, after previously assisting with 13U and 14U teams. I guide athletes through high-intensity travel seasons and tournaments, helping them grow both technically and mentally on the court.I design and implement structured practice plans that build fundamental skills, teamwork, and confidence. Beyond team coaching, I oversee Super Juniors, a recurring six-week program serving 30–55 athletes ages 5–11—demonstrating drills, directing assistant coaches, and creating an energetic, supportive learning environment.I also manage parent communication and team logistics while mentoring athletes in sportsmanship, leadership, and goal setting—fostering a culture of growth that extends well beyond the game.
