Support the Controllership team in the Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Global Close enforcing timely financial reporting close process.• Run specific Close week detail processes including foreign Currency (Valuation & Translation).• Complete Blackline monthly close tasks and assigned postings, ensuring intercompany eliminations are properly executed, reviewed, reconciled and documented.• Work on Post Close Analysis as Needed to support & document Top Sides and run top level reconciliations of BS and P&L in the S4 & Group Reporting system.• Execute GR Consolidation Tasks & report generation via GR MACRO to publish Monthly Prelim & Final Finance & CODM Reports.• Proactively review controls to ensure they remain relevant as processes and systems change.• Work on Reconciliations reviews to find opportunities of process improvement via better use of Blackline.• Support the reduction of Manual Journal entries by implementing Automation or process changes.• Participate in quarterly financial review meetings and execute financial statement reviews of each business unit.• Participate in S4 training sessions as needed to become a SME for the Controller team close activities.
