About Kaitlyn Major-Hale
I am a self-identified empath passionate about working with people. Since starting my first job as an Advisor at Prep for Prep, I knew I enjoyed working and interacting with young people. My passion for education and mentorship only heightened since then working as a mentor through Eye-to Eye and Tutor through my University. Currently I am serving as a Residential Advisor at Wesleyan University. There I work to enforce the university and residential life policy while building a strong sense of community amongst my residents. In all of my work spaces I value high energy, collaborative environments with people that value each other and are passionate about what they do. I am currently seeking workspaces that embody that while providing knowledge and support that allow me to grow personally and professionally.
