ABOUT KAITLYN CONKLIN

Success has always been an important concept to me, but I’ve come to realize it means something different to everyone. For some, it’s about titles or numbers. For me, it’s about doing work I love, creating impact, and staying true to who I am along the way. In college, I’ve discovered that success isn’t a single destination, but rather a collection of moments, growth, and the difference you leave behind. That mindset has shaped every choice I’ve made throughout my journey at Boise State.When I started college at Boise State University, I knew I wanted to do something creative and impactful, but I didn’t know exactly what that looked like yet. In fact, I barely even knew where to start. Over the past few years, through exploration, involvement, and a lot of hard work, I’ve found my niche in social media and public relations, and I’ve truly fallen in love with the work I do.Now, as I enter my final year at Boise State, I’m pursuing a degree in Integrated Media and Strategic Communications with a double emphasis in Social Media and Public Relations, along with a +Business minor and a Social Media Creator Certificate. I’ve made the Dean’s List every semester, and that academic consistency is something I’m proud of, but I’ve also made it a priority to get as involved as possible and make a real impact on campus while enjoying everything I do.I currently serve as the Public Relations Director for ASBSU, where I help manage communications, promote campus events, and elevate student voices. For the past year, I’ve also worked as the Social Media and Marketing Assistant for the Boise State Bronco Shop, crafting campaigns, creating content, and connecting with our student body through creative storytelling and strategy. I’ll be continuing this role next year, and I’m also excited to step into a new position as a Marketing and Promotions Intern with Boise State Athletics for the 20••••26 school year.I’ve always believed in following a path that leads to things you are passionate about and using that passion to make a difference. As I prepare for what’s next, I’m committed to bringing energy, creativity, and meaning into every opportunity I pursue while learning more about myself along the way.Let’s connect!
